“Sky Falls Down” is taken from Danielle Deckard‘s upcoming album “Happy” due out July 27.
Sydney-based indie pop artist Danielle Deckard is ready to share her new album and here’s the third single. “Sky Falls Down” was written in response to 2016’s tragic Orlando shooting. It’s a synth-pop ballad which calls out the conservatives and all the people who are trying to block the gun reform or to maintain discrimination towards the LGBTQI+ community. The dark soundscapes have to remind us that the fight for social progress, tolerance and equality is never over. “Sky Falls Down” comes with a Jefferton James-directed video which channels the 1980s TV show Max Headroom.
